Community Learning MK is recruiting dedicated tutors in Business, IT and Health and Social Care to deliver courses that help adults and young people aged 16 and above build skills, gain qualifications and move forward in their lives. You’ll be part of Milton Keynes City Council’s Community Learning service, supporting inclusive learning that responds to local need and improves life chances. Our work helps create stronger, healthier and more inclusive communities across the city. This is a rewarding role where your teaching directly supports residents to progress, achieve qualifications and reach their personal goals. The role involves working in a regulated activity with adults and young people aged 16 and above.
Roles & Compensation
- Health and Social Care – Part‑time (18.5 hours per week): £18,640 per year (pro rata)
- Business Tutor – Full‑time: £37,280 – £41,771 per year
- IT Tutor – Full‑time: £37,280 – £41,771 per year
All positions are fixed‑term for 12 months and site‑based. Candidates are expected to work from the designated workplace.
