We’re recruiting an Activity Co‑ordinator to join our dedicated team at Flowers House, Milton Keynes City Council’s supported housing scheme for older people living with dementia. Flowers House has 34 self‑contained flats and provides twenty‑four hour Care Quality Commission registered domiciliary care on site. You’ll be part of a close‑knit, supportive team that helps people live as independently as possible in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.

We’re looking for a flexible, creative and enthusiastic applicant to provide a varied and stimulating programme of activities, both in groups and on a one‑to‑one basis, tailored to individual interests and abilities. Our service focuses on promoting independence and social inclusion. We also work to prevent hospital admissions and to reduce and delay the need for residential and nursing care. This is a rewarding role where your work makes a real difference every day.

Activities are expected to be delivered Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available between 10:00 and 17:00. Site‑Based role – this is a Site‑Based role, and you’ll be expected to work from the designated workplace.
