In a fixed‑term role of 1 year, with the possibility of extension, the Website and Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage MKAC’s online presence and drive digital engagement across all channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop digital marketing strategies that support audience growth, engagement and participation across MKAC’s digital channels, improving sales and attracting donations.
  • Manage MKAC’s website, ensuring that all events and editorial content are loaded and up to date.
  • Execute campaigns across email, social media, search engines and display advertising.
  • Continuously improve marketing performance, including SEO and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Conduct market research, analyse trends, and optimise reporting tools such as Google Analytics to assess campaign performance against goals and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain effective data capture of audience research and analysis to inform audience development.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Plan and create engaging website content that drives digital growth and conversions.
  • Ensure all document sharing and storage meets GDPR legislation.
  • Represent MKAC at meetings, conferences and public forums as required.
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably required by the Director or the Board of Trustees.

Qualifications

  • Experience implementing digital strategy in an online media or communications environment.
  • Experience with website management and digital optimisation.
  • Experience creating engaging video, social media and written content.
  • Experience planning and delivering high‑impact digital campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of current trends in social, community communications and digital marketing.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability in tone of voice and content for different audiences.
  • Understanding of communications principles, branding and online identity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong command of language across multiple communication channels.
  • Self‑motivated individual who thrives working autonomously.
  • Commitment to equality and diversity, with an understanding of how to promote this through work.
  • Willingness to support the organisation’s work and to be DBS checked.
  • Passion for and knowledge of arts, in particular participatory arts.
  • Information or connection to Milton Keynes.
  • UK driving licence (access to a car an advantage).
