Job Description: As an Account Manager Clinical Business and part of the UK and Ireland Sales Team, you are responsible for the sales of our biomedical products to our clinical and translational customers in the South West UK (incl. London, Oxford and Cambridge) and Ireland. A key part of your role is to support and advise our customers in their clinical applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and advise the existing customer base as well as key opinion leaders in the fields of cell therapy, hemato‑oncology, and graft engineering within your sales territory and independently acquire new customers.
  • Introduce and present new products to existing and new customers and support them through after‑sales activities, including planning and conducting customer seminars and product demonstrations in collaboration with our clinical application specialists on site.
  • Hold direct revenue responsibility for your sales region.
  • Represent Miltenyi Biotec at trade fairs and congresses as a point of contact for new customers and interested parties.
  • Provide market feedback to support regional market analysis and work closely with colleagues from other sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed a degree in natural sciences or biomedicine (or comparable; ideally with an immunology focus) or bring relevant professional experience. A PhD is advantageous but not required.
  • Enjoy selling biomedical or scientific products and ideally have already gained initial professional experience in this field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; persuasiveness is one of your strengths.
  • Residence within the advertised sales region; work from a home office and willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland (~80%).
  • Independently organise appointments.

Additional Information: A valid work permit/residency and full, clean UK driving licence is mandatory for this role.
