About the Role
- Position: General Assistant / Housekeeper
- Location: St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan
- Employment Type: Permanent full-time
- Salary: £12.40 - £12.52 per hour
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
- To supervise and participate in the process of maintaining good order, cleanliness, and tidiness in all internal areas of Milsom House Nursing Home.
- To ensure correct disposal of household and clinical waste.
- To work within the policies and procedures as laid down by The Manor House t/a Milsom House Nursing Home management.
- To undertake other tasks as required by the Home Manager or Senior Nurse.
- To assist Residents with their meals, where required, and with any other daily living requirements to support the Residents.
- To report any perceived changes in the resident’s condition to the Senior Nurse on duty.
Qualifications
- You will be required to maintain a manual handling certificate. Training will be provided.
- Relevant experience, education, or certificates welcome; however, full training will be provided.
- Full clean driving licence.
