Job description: The role is for a Carer / Senior Carer in a residential/nursing home. The post holder carries out assigned tasks involving direct care, supporting residents and working under the supervision of a qualified nurse. The post holder will maintain a positive relationship with staff, residents and relatives, uphold good interpersonal skills and support effective teamwork. Candidates must be willing to wear a short‑sleeve polo shirt, cover any visible tattoo, and work in a non‑smoking/vaping environment.
Qualifications:
- QCF Level 2–3 qualification, or willingness to undertake.
- Manual handling certificate required (training will be provided).
- Relevant experience, education, or certificates welcome; full training will be provided.
- Full clean driving licence preferred but not essential.
