Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Spa Manager to lead the luxury spa team at Kesgrave Hall. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service. The role
Reporting to the Hotel & General Manager, the Senior Spa Manager will have full accountability for the financial, operational and performance of the SPA operation & its staff.
- Provide strong leadership & strategic direction for the SPA
- Work alongside the team providing treatments where necessary ensuring maximum capacity of the SPA and treatment rooms 7 days a week
- Maximise revenue through effective staff schedule planning, ensuring all diaries are filled with appointments
- Partner closely with the hotel manager & GM to develop and execute spa marketing & PR initiatives
- Create distinctive luxury wellness experience by anticipating guests needs & monitoring global wellness trends
- Report to the board on a monthly basis showing statistics and proven increase in revenue & guest experience
What we are looking for
Proven senior leadership experience within a luxury Spa or Wellness operation. Strong financial acumen with experience driving profitability without compromising guest experience. Deep understanding of luxury service standards and personalised guest care. Calm, confident and credible presence at senior leadership level.
Requirements:
You must have a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Beauty Therapist in a senior management role. You must be able to work Mondays – Sundays as per rota required.
