We’re a family‑run manufacturer in Stockport that started life over thirty years ago, since then, we’ve grown into a leading specialist producing pressurised manifold depositing systems for light, aerated and delicate masses, plus bespoke production lines for chilled foods. We’re now looking for a Control System Engineer to join our expanding team.
What You’ll Be Doing

Support and update existing machine designs alongside a supportive controls engineering team.

Program PLCs (ideally using Rockwell RSLogix 5000 or a similar platform), HMI and motion control systems.

Design electrical systems with tools such as EPLAN and AutoCAD; assemble and test control panels, including backplate layout, trunking, cable labelling and wiring.

Gain additional skills through in‑house training.

Travel worldwide for up to two weeks at a time to oversee installation of new machines.
Who We’re Looking For

Someone ready to take the next step in their career; recent graduates are welcome.

Experience with PLC programming (Rockwell preferred), motion control, HMI design, software design and electrical design.

A good understanding of machine safety and relevant standards.

HND or equivalent experience is an advantage.

Experience in the food industry is a plus.
