Milne Moser Solicitors are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join our gold standard property team, as demand for our services continues to grow. Applicants should be able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. Ideally, applicants should have experience in unregistered titles, leaseholds, and transfers of part, though supervision will be provided where necessary.

We handle a very varied caseload, including residential and commercial conveyancing, transfers of part, the grant and variation of both residential and commercial leases, farm transfers and overage agreements. Experience with any of these elements will be considered. Good IT and drafting skills are essential.

We are a family‑friendly firm, so flexible working is usually possible, and both full and part‑time hours can be considered. This is a highly engaging role, providing the opportunity to work on legal matters for our clients across the region with a great team.
