Milly Grace is one of the UK's fastest-growing jewellery brands. We’ve built a loyal community and a strong brand presence. Now, we’re entering our most ambitious phase yet.
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to join our high-energy team. Working in close collaboration with our current Social Media & Content Executive, you will be the production engine of the brand, primarily focused on video and paid media content, turning creative ideas into high-impact content that stops the scroll, builds community, and directly fuels our growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, camera-on role for a creator who lives and breathes social. We are looking for a creator who loves to bring ideas to life. You are a whizz at content creation and obsessed with what makes people click. You’ll be a key part of the creative team responsible for the brand socials and paid media - whether that’s crafting high-performance Meta ads, jumping on trending Reels/TikToks, or helping us expand into new long-form storytelling. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just execute briefs, but brings their own 'Vision' to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production: Plan, film, and edit daily social-first content.
- Performance Creative: Analyse, ideate, create, and adapt high-performing content for Meta Ads, obsessing over hooks, retention, and content that drives results.
- Creative Planning: Ideate and plan briefs alongside the team for photoshoots.
- Platform Expansion: Take a proactive role in expanding our presence across existing and new channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond).
- Storytelling: Capture behind-the-scenes moments, team and founder storytelling, and campaign assets that feel both authentic and premium.
- Team Collaboration: Work in collaboration with the Founder and our Social Exec to ensure our brand voice and performance goals are always aligned.
- Trend Identification: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and consumer behaviour, ensuring our content remains relevant and competitive.
- Performance Analytics: Analyse social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and make recommendations for adjustments to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
You’ll Thrive Here If
- You Dream Big & Think Different: You are confident pitching bold ideas, experimenting with new formats, and pushing creative boundaries to keep Milly Grace ahead of the curve.
- You Take Ownership: You are a self-starter who takes a project from a rough storyboard to your final high-performing content. You don’t wait for a task list; you see an opportunity and you run with it. You’re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable without traditional management structures.
- You Are Commercially Aware: You are curious about the why behind the work. You don’t just care if your content looks good; you care if it stops the scroll, holds attention, and drives sales.
- You Are Growth-Minded: You see setbacks as lessons and data points rather than failures. You are positive, energetic, and open to the fast-paced feedback loop of a growing brand.
- You Are All-Hands-On-Deck: You are proud of your work and committed to seeing projects through, but you’re also deeply flexible. You’re just as comfortable shooting on location in a gym or on a bike as you are editing at your desk or helping the team during a busy launch. You thrive in an environment where things move fast and plans can change, and you’re ready to jump in where the team needs you most.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in social media, content or brand marketing (in-house or agency) preferred.
- Experience with Paid Social / Meta Ads preferred.
- Excellent editing skills across video, Reels, and production apps (CapCut & Premiere Pro).
- A strong creative eye with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how social drives business impact.
- Confident both behind and in front of the camera.
- Genuinely excited by the Milly Grace brand and to be part of our team.
What We Offer
- £30-35K base salary depending on experience.
- The chance to shape the story of a brand scaling rapidly.
- A collaborative, high-energy environment where your ideas matter.
- Directly working with the founder - see first-hand what it takes to build a brand from the inside.
- 25 days holiday as well as bank holidays.
- We are a close-knit, high-energy team. We value the magic that happens when we’re together, so we work in-office or on-location as a team 2+ days a week (typically Mondays and Thursdays). The rest of the week offers flexibility for deep-work days.
- This is an in-person role based in Leeds. We are not seeking remote workers, freelancers, or agencies.
Why Now?
Milly Grace is at a pivotal stage of growth. The right person will make a visible, lasting mark and see their work directly impact the brand from day one.
