Millthorpe School is seeking a Premises Supervisor to supervise lettings and the school site out of hours and carry out a range of general maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise premises and oversee lettings and school site out of hours.
  • Carry out general maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
  • Perform lone working in the evening and at weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising premises and basic maintenance or groundskeeping.
  • Knowledge of health and safety.
  • Good time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills to build effective relationships with staff, students and contractors.

Working hours: 37 hours per week; flexible for part‑time applications.

The trust will be undertaking a job evaluation exercise in the near future and, therefore, the grade for this position may change.
