Your mission
We are seeking an execution-focused, highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our online brand awareness and customer acquisition funnel, closely working with the CMO on multi-channel strategy brand development. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital campaigns, bridging the gap between high-level brand strategy, demand generation and technical execution. You will play a vital role in transitioning our paid marketing efforts into a highly collaborative, in-house execution model while closely partnering with our external Digital agency in a strategic direction. The Digital Marketing Manager will also own our organic LinkedIn channel and full Marketing Performance Reporting Suite.
Your Responsibilities
- Paid Campaign In-Housing & Co-Management
- Hands-on campaign execution: Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns within LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google PPC and Display.
- Manage list building and account matching for ABM campaigns within LinkedIn in close collaboration with Sales & Sales Analytics.
- Partner & liaise with our external digital agency under a hybrid framework, utilizing their expertise for strategic audits, advanced tracking setups, creative & strategy brainstorming while you own daily operations.
- Manage the marketing leads pipeline including lead qualification, lead assignment, follow-ups, reactivation campaigns & in-depth lead performance reporting.
- Build a close working relationship with the internal Sales teams across all verticals & GEOs.
- Fully own our organic LinkedIn Channel & Company page.
- Build & develop a strong online community amongst our target audience, plan out monthly LI content calendar and write engaging copy to drive page followers & post engagement.
- Website & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Work closely with the SEO Manager to maintain and optimize a high-performing and converting website.
- Funnel Optimization: Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, headlines, and user journeys to reduce friction and increase lead conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Consolidate data from paid channels and internal reporting systems into clean dashboards to track CAC, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI for the CMO.
- Reporting, Data Analytics & Technical Tracking Ownership
- Full ownership of the existing marketing analytics architecture: unify data across campaign networks, website sessions, brand stats and the sales pipeline.
- Proactively analyse multi-channel funnel data to identify performance anomalies and opportunities, attribute conversion paths, CPL/C trends, and deliver actionable optimizations to the CMO.
- Own the setup, auditing, and troubleshooting of tracking infrastructure.
- Independently diagnose and fix issues related to custom event tracking, broken conversion pixels, cookie consent drops, HubSpot API integration sync errors or website tracking issues.
- AI Technical Literacy & Philosophy
- At MillTech we value innovation, efficiency, and technological enablement and are looking for a candidate who understands how to strategically apply AI to enhance their workflow, rather than substitute their core expertise.
- Proficiency, Not Reliance: You should have hands-on experience using generative AI and machine learning tools to accelerate research, brainstorm campaign concepts, and streamline routine technical workflows.
- Human-Driven Core Execution: You must possess strong, unassisted marketing, analytical & copy writing skills.
- How AI affects Marketing performance: In-depth understanding of how AI influences today’s Marketing stack, the power of AIO and how it has changed customers’ behaviour and information gathering.
What we offer in return:
- A competitive salary with annual reviews;
- 25 days’ paid annual leave plus an additional day per year of service;
- Excellent staff development and training opportunities;
- Flexible working arrangements including remote working;
- Medical insurance;
- Dental insurance;
- EV Scheme and Cycle to work scheme;
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave;
- 1 day off for charity work per quarter and many other benefits!
