We are looking for a motivated Transport Planner with around 2 years experience who is ready to own projects and develop quickly within a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead small to mid transport projects
- Keep them on time, on budget, and deliver quality outputs
- Prepare and review Transport Statements, Travel Plans, Access Appraisals, and Transport Assessments
- Model trip generation and design practical transport solutions
- Undertake site visits, spot opportunities, and provide clear recommendations
- Stakeholder engagement
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, planners, and highway authorities
- Support public consultations and contribute to business development and marketing
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years in transport planning
- Familiarity with design guidance and local planning policies
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, TRICS, and modelling software
- Proactive, organised, and a team player
