The Senior Architectural Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Manchester. The person in this role will prepare detailed technical and construction drawings, coordinate architectural information, and support the delivery of residential and care sector projects. Daily tasks include producing and reviewing CAD models, resolving technical design issues, liaising with architects, engineers, and external consultants, and ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and standards. The Senior Architectural Technician will also contribute to project planning, assist with design development, and support quality assurance throughout the design and construction documentation process.
Qualifications
