Qualifications
- Proven Microsoft 365 operations and Azure administration capability (day-to-day operations and governance-aware troubleshooting).
- Security posture ownership using Microsoft tooling and translating findings into concrete improvements (MFA, admin separation, etc.).
- Hands‑on Conditional Access experience, including creating policies, adjusting for edge cases such as travel, and conducting periodic reviews.
- Comfortable working in hybrid identity environments (on‑premises Active Directory and Microsoft 365), including understanding when changes must be made at the domain controller level.
- Strong endpoint management experience, particularly with Intune (compliance, updates, application deployment, device risk management, and data loss prevention controls).
- Ability to improve IT service levels and drive automation initiatives.
- Strong cybersecurity operational experience, particularly phishing response, incident triage, remediation, credential resets, stakeholder communication, and user risk management.
- Experience managing MSP relationships, performance, and governance.
- Comfortable supporting multiple sites and travelling as required.

- Experience with RMM platforms, including agent deployment, remote access, patch management, and device inventory/health monitoring.
- Strong Share Point and Purview governance experience, particularly around preventing accidental external sharing through layered controls.
- Experience coaching, developing, and scaling IT teams, including onboarding new starters, reducing ticket backlogs, and improving documentation and processes.
