My client is a small yet well established IT Managed Services provider that has been trading for circa 15 years. Due to an uptake in new business/clients, they have an immediate requirement for a proven 1st / 2nd Line Managed Services Analyst.
As 1st / 2nd Line Managed Services Analyst, you will have a solid MSP background with the ability to work as part of the service desk, working on tickets as well as on-site support/client facing skills. You will be a natural troubleshooter with a broad range of technical skills across Tech such as Windows Server, O365, Azure, AWS, Networking, Datto RMM, Kaseya, iOS. Alongside your techie skills, you will be an outstanding communicator and someone driven by customer service.
My client has said anyone with proven skills in Datto RMM and Kaseya would be a massive bonus. They operate hybrid working but will require this person to be flexible as the role will be split across working at a client site in St Albans and the office in London as well as some home working.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established MSP where the directors are very much still technical and 'hands on'. They can offer a fabulous opportunity for someone to develop their technical skills and their career.
