My client is a well established yet growing IT Services Company that have an immediate requirement for a 1st Line Support Analyst. As 1st Line Support Analyst you will have outstanding telephone, interpersonal, and client skills with ambition to make your way in the IT field.
The 1st Line Support Analyst role will be based out of the office where you will be part of a busy fast paced service desk where client satisfaction is everything. This is a great environment for someone that wants to learn and really develop their technical knowledge and build a career in IT Services.
