Networking Field / Onsite Engineer - CCNA

My client is a fast growing IT Managed Services provider that have an immediate requirement for a Networking Field / Onsite Engineer. The Networking Field / Onsite Engineer will need to be CCNA accredited and ideally working towards / part way CCNP accredited.
Reporting to a Service Delivery Manager within Managed Services, the Networking Field / Onsite Engineer provides 2nd and 3rd line onsite support across network, server, and end-user platforms. The role includes proactive maintenance, system administration, technical changes, and small works implementation. Operating across the property management sector, the engineer supports prestigious clients and ensures best practice standards in all engineering activities. This London is predominantly London focused but occasional trips away across the UK may be required, some some flexibility needed. Alongside your proven technical skills you will have outstanding client communication interpersonal skills driven by outstanding customer service.
