My client are a well respected and established IT Managed Services Provider. They have an immediate requirement for a proven 2nd/3rd Line Onsite Support Engineer.

The 2nd/3rd Line onsite Support Engineer opportunity is a key role acting as a proactive engineer and face of the company to a number of clients across London and wider UK client base. The 2nd/3rd Line onsite Support Engineer will have a broad range of technical skills across tech such as M365, Azure, Entra, Server, Active Directory, Networking, Firewall, Switching, BackUp, and ideally knowledge of Cyber Essentials.

Alongside your technical skills you will be an outstanding communicator with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients and been seen as their "go to" person for support and technical advice.

this is a great opportunity for a proven client facing MSP engineer to build on your skills with the opportunity to also assist with and take on project work. Naturally the role will require someone that is flexible with the willingness to travel as required (mostly around London / M25) and as such a Car Allowance will be provided.
