My client is a London based IT Managed Services company that have an immediate requirement for an IT Services Procurement Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking a critical operational role, responsible for ensuring accurate billing, effective procurement, and robust commercial administration across the full lifecycle from quoting and ordering through to invoicing, provisioning, and audit support.
  • Providing hands-on Autotask administration, supporting comms billing and provisioning, ensuring revenue integrity, and maintaining audit-ready commercial documentation.
  • Encompassing the full journey from quoting through to invoicing & logistics.

My client aims to deliver a quality customer experience and this role is crucial to their combined success.

Qualifications

  • A proven background in a Procurement or Commercial Administration role within an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Autotask, client liaison, and experience managing billing cycles, contracts, and vendor relationships.

Working Arrangements

  • This role for the first 3 months is office based before moving to hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
