My client is a fast growing provider of Broadband and Wi-Fi solutions to the UK Leisure industry.
Due to their ongoing success they have an immediate opportunity available for a Service Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Coordinator.
As Service Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Coordinator you will be for the end to end coordination and service delivery of their wireless solutions to their client base such as holiday parks, static homes, marinas etc.
The Service Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for resource / engineer planning, deployment scheduling, and maintenance response coordination.
This is a fast paced role SLA driven role that requires this person to be client focused with expectation management and communication skills whilst maintaining operational control across customers, internal stakeholders and engineers.
