My client is a fast expanding IT Services company that due to continued success are in the market for a proven 3rd Line Support Engineer. As 3rd Line Support Engineer you will have a solid background in a fast paced MSP environment. You will have a broad range of technical skills across technology such as:

The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be working proactively as part of the escalation (3rd Line) team on behalf of customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
