My client is a well established, fast growing and multi-award winning IT Managed Services provider. Due to on-going success and growth they have an immediate requirement for a proven 2nd Line Support Engineer.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be coming from a fast paced, client facing MSP background where you will have gained a range of technical skills and be driven by outstanding customer service. You will have a broad range of technical skills across technology such as Windows Server, Azure, O365, Active Directory, Sharepoint, VMware, Hyper-V, Networking, Backup, LAN, WAN, Wireless.
You will have a proven background in both being part of a busy service desk but comfortable going out to clients' sites and doing on-site face to face support when needed. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing MSP where they can offer you genuine opportunities for both technical and career development.
You will be an integral part of the dynamic Service Delivery Team, at the forefront of delivering the highest levels of service in face-to-face and remote IT support to their clients. The role will be based out of their HO in North London initially 5 days a week and moving to hybrid working after probation which will be 3 days office/client site and 2 days from home.
