My client is a well established IT Managed Services Provider based in the North London / Herts catchment area. They have an urgent requirement for a 2nd / 3rd line engineer to work as part of a busy service desk.
As 2nd / 3rd Line Managed Services Engineer you will be coming from a solid MSP background and been able to demonstrate both solid technical knowledge but also outstanding client / communication skills. The 2nd / 3rd Line Managed Services Engineer will be a natural troubleshooter with a broad range of technical skills but particularly strong with Intune.
This is a great opportunity for a proven 2nd liner to take on 3rd line responsibilities. Genuine opportunities for training and technical development with rewards given for certifications gained. This role can offer hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office as a minimum and someone within a sensible commute of the North London / Herts borders area.
