The role involves joining the employment team in Manchester as an experienced employment solicitor. You will support partners Sara Barrett and Danielle Ingham, providing both contentious and non‑contentious employment work, advisory and Employment Tribunal work, delivering training and legal updates to clients, and assisting with business development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding client service to internal and external clients, encouraging retention and referrals.
  • Understand clients' legal, commercial, and service requirements.
  • Develop strong client relationships and service skills.
  • Demonstrate strong business‑development credentials by growing existing client work and bringing in new work.
  • Show strong technical competence and legal knowledge in employment law.
  • Deliver high‑quality, commercially focused advice.
