We are looking for an Executive Assistant with experience in Family law to join our Oxford office. Join Mills & Reeve as an Executive Assistant. An exciting opportunity to join our Mills & Reeve Executive Support Services team. We are looking for a proactive, skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our lawyers. You will be a natural organiser, easy to work with, and someone who thrives in a role that requires multi‑tasking and working with a variety of people across the business.

The activities include:

  • Deliver outstanding Executive Assistant services to lawyers and business professionals.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, event planning and expenses.
  • Support business development activities, including networking and updating client communications.
  • Provide exceptional client service and proactively progress tasks.
  • Assist with finance and billing, including preparing invoices and liaising with finance teams.
  • Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively.
  • Draft correspondence, amend legal documents, and manage client spreadsheets.
