Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a range of corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity, as day‑to‑day lead with Partner support
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and drive matters forward efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues across national offices and specialist teams to deliver seamless client service
- Supervise and develop junior lawyers, shaping the next generation of talent
- Build and strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development and networking initiatives
- Key requirements
- 10+ years' PQE in corporate transactional work
- Qualified solicitor
- Significant M&A experience
- Ability to lead complex matters independently and in teams
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
- Interest in a broad corporate remit and collaborative approach
