Role Overview

As a Legal Technology Assistant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering legal technology solutions, monitoring a client‑facing inbox, and supporting the administration of other systems. Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with a variety of teams and specialists to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the Digital Client Services Inbox and responding to queries.
  • Building and maintaining HighQ, Collaborate, and Volume Control sites, including i‑sheets, complex views, and trackers (training provided).
  • Supporting the Legal Technology & Data team to accurately identify client problems using root‑cause analysis and design‑thinking approaches.
  • Assisting with general administration, including arranging meetings, travel, and expenses.
  • Working with the Bids team to create demo sites for tenders.
  • Performing administration activities on legal technology platforms such as running reports, performing audits, and assisting with archiving and financial hygiene issues.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with a technology, business, or legal support background, strong IT literacy (ideally HighQ experience), excellent written English, and attention to detail. You should be logical, methodical, proactive, accountable, with great communication skills, a flexible approach, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
