This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of legal support, drive digital transformation, and make a real impact across our fast growing, leading national practice.

Applications from candidates seeking part-time working will be considered.

  • The person
  • The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor.
  • Either be a senior-level PSL with relevant expertise in employment and (ideally) immigration law and proven experience of leading a PSL team, or a senior lawyer with the same expertise and equivalent experience.
  • An individual who embraces digital tools and automation.
  • A clear communicator with excellent written English and a flair for engaging content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
  • The activities
  • Lead and inspire a talented team of PSLs, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation in legal content creation—think blogs, newsletters, press releases, and digital campaigns.
  • Deliver engaging training to clients and colleagues, helping them stay ahead of legal developments.
  • Champion technology, managing automated precedent documents and exploring new tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Keep our lawyers sharp, ensuring they’re up to date with legislation, best practices, and market trends.
  • Support onboarding, making sure new joiners receive top-tier know-how inductions.
  • Collaborate across teams, working with partners, innovation specialists, and knowledge experts to elevate our national reputation.

Why join us?

  • Be part of a forward-thinking firm that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Make a real difference in shaping how legal support is delivered in the NSL and to support us in continuing to be a market leader.
