We are looking for a highly motivated solicitor at NQ level to join our Real Estate team based in Norwich, which is a Band 1 team in Chambers and Legal 500.

The person

  • You will be a newly qualified solicitor with some real estate experience.
  • You will be proactive, detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving, time management and communication skills.
  • You will be able to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues, while working flexibly across the team.
  • You will also be encouraged to get involved in business development from the outset, with support to develop your networking skills and professional contacts.

The activities

The Norwich Real Estate team is led by Carina Davis, David Siddall, Caroline Dean and Anna Aldous, and works closely with colleagues across the firm's national network. You will work with a broad range of regional and national clients, gaining exposure to varied and high-quality real estate matters while developing the skills to manage your own transactions and support larger team-based projects.

  • You will demonstrate a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of property law, and excellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
  • An interest in developing digital and AI capabilities is also desirable.

The role requires building strong relationships with colleagues and clients and getting involved in business development from an early stage, with support to develop your networking skills and professional contacts. Travel to other offices is encouraged to enhance collaboration and professional development.
