Join our team as a Document Production Specialist in our Norwich! office Join Mills transcribe voicemails, calls, webinars, podcasts, and meetings; follow dictated instructions to produce correspondence, notes, emails, letters, and minutes; download and upload documents using ShareFile; complete bespoke forms using software such as Cloud Forms, Quantum, Land Registry, SDLT, and more; format documents, create and amend spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides, Lucidchart, flowcharts and Playbooks; and work with PDFs (redacting, bookmarking, combining, splitting, OCR, extracting), and create guidance documents from templates. What We're Looking For Experience in a document production environment; competence in Microsoft 365, Nitro, BundleDocs, and BigHand (desirable); confident, organised, and methodical approach; excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills; effective communicator, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks; and willingness to take on new responsibilities and upskill.
