Our Tier 1 Legal 500‑ranked Employment team in Norwich is seeking an ambitious solicitor to advise leading commercial and public‑sector clients.
We are looking for an employment law solicitor to join the Employment, Pensions and Immigration NSL, based in our Norwich office, working mainly for employers in the commercial sector. We are seeking either an associate or a senior associate – we are flexible for the right candidate.

The Person
- Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years PQE (associate) or up to 6 years PQE (senior associate)
- Strong drafting, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Enthusiastic about employment law and team collaboration
- Desirable: experience supporting corporate transactions
- Self‑starting, possessing common sense and initiative, and able to work as a team‑player on complex matters
- Excellent time and documentation management skills, keen attention to detail, strong research and online information abilities, and excellent interpersonal and team skills, including the ability to influence and persuade
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience providing employment law support to corporate transactions, including drafting contracts, settlement agreements, and undertaking due diligence.
