We are looking for Real Estate Associates to join the Real Estate Team in our Norwich Office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Sales, purchases and advisory work relating to farms, landed estates and agricultural land.
- Refinancing transactions for landowners and rural businesses.
- Agricultural, rural and business tenancies.
- Farming partnerships.
- Trust‑related property matters.
- Complex farm and estate registrations.
- Rural land development schemes.
- Renewable energy and natural capital projects.
- Mineral leases.
Our clients include farmers, landowners, investors, trustees, charities and rural businesses. You will assist with acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land, estates, and strategic land, with training and support provided to further develop your expertise. The team works closely with partners Catherine Scott, Katharine Danks, Michael Aubrey and Paddy Lynam as part of the wider Real Estate National Service Line led by Vincenzo Maggio, while maintaining strong links with the Private Client team.
