The role

Ready to lead, inspire and shape the future of Business Development?

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key leadership role in delivering our growth ambitions.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you'll provide strategic support to high-growth sectors and service teams, helping partners and lawyers win, retain and develop client relationships.

You'll also help drive the evolution of our BD function, championing innovation, technology and AI to create a future-ready team.

This role can be based out of any of our offices, except London.

You're a commercially minded BD professional with proven experience in an international professional services environment.

A confident leader and trusted adviser, you thrive on building relationships, influencing stakeholders and delivering results.

  • Partner with lawyers and business leaders to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
  • Drive best practice, innovation and consistency across BD activities, campaigns and projects.
  • Champion technology, automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Manage complex projects, budgets and firm-wide initiatives, ensuring successful delivery against objectives and KPIs.
  • Build strong internal and external networks to enhance market profile, generate opportunities and share best practice.
