The role involves joining an experienced employment solicitor in the senior-level team due to the continued growth of the employment team in Manchester. You will support partners Sara Barrett and Danielle Ingham, providing both contentious and non-contentious employment work, advisory and Employment Tribunal work, delivering training and legal updates to clients, and assisting with business development.
Responsibilities
- Client service: Deliver outstanding client service to internal and external clients, encouraging retention and referrals. Understand clients' legal, commercial, and service requirements. Develop strong client relationships and service skills. Demonstrate strong business-development credentials by growing existing client work and bringing in new work.
- Technical excellence: Show strong technical competence and legal knowledge in employment law. Deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice. Manage Employment Tribunal litigation. Provide training to clients and target clients. Supervise junior lawyers.
