Mills & Reeve is seeking an Associate Costs Lawyer to join our Costs Team based in Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham. You will advise clients and colleagues across contentious matters, manage costs risk, maximise recovery and resolve costs disputes throughout the lifecycle of a matter.
You will handle budgeting, drafting and negotiating costs, and may participate in advocacy at costs hearings. A flexible approach to training and business development is valued within a collaborative firm.
