Are you a talented solicitor with 2β6 years PQE looking for a new opportunity? We are expanding our international Private Client team in London.
The role
In this role, you will work on a diverse and high-quality caseload for clients with global connections. Your expertise will cover:
- Pre-immigration tax planning and the statutory residence test
- Estate planning for non-Long Term Resident individuals
- Global asset structuring, succession planning, and family governance for international families
- Advising on UK tax treatment of investments, including property holding structures
- All aspects of offshore trusts, estate planning, and related tax and fiduciary work
You will also play a key role in marketing and business development, helping us grow our London client base.
