The Working Capital Manager will lead the firm's efforts to optimise cash flow, reduce cash lock‑up days, and streamline processes across WIP (Work in Progress) and debt. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role manages both the billing and credit control teams, ensuring best practice in billing, collections, and credit management. The successful candidate will be a proactive change agent, removing administrative burden from lawyers' desks and enabling fee earners to focus on client delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the optimisation of cash flow and reduction of cash lock‑up days.
- Streamline processes across WIP and debt.
- Manage billing and credit control teams, ensuring best practice and talent development.

Qualifications
