The Role
As a Legal Technology Assistant, you will be responsible for designing, building and delivering legal technology solutions, monitoring a client‑facing inbox and supporting the administration of other systems. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with a variety of teams and specialists to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the Digital Client Services Inbox and responding to queries.
- Building and maintaining sites in HighQ, Collaborate and Volume Control, including i‑sheets, complex views and trackers (training will be provided).
- Supporting the Legal Technology & Data team to identify client problems using root‑cause analysis and design‑thinking approaches.
- Assisting with general administration such as arranging meetings, travel and expenses.
- Working with the Bids team to create demo sites to assist with tenders.
- Performing administration activities on legal technology platforms, including running reports, performing audits, assisting with archiving and financial hygiene issues.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a background in technology, business, or legal support, strong IT literacy (ideally HighQ experience), excellent written English and a keen attention to detail. You should be logical, methodical, proactive and accountable, with strong communication skills, a flexible approach, and a positive team‑oriented attitude.
