In this role you join Mills & Reeve’s national banking and finance team to handle complex, high-value transactions from Birmingham or Leeds.
You will support banks, lenders and borrowers on a range of financing matters while developing your own profile through client contact and cross-team collaboration.
The role blends advisory work with business development in a supportive, growth-focused firm culture.

Responsibilities
- Advise banks, alternative lenders, funds, borrowers and other organisations on diverse financing transactions
- Work across corporate banking, real estate finance and leveraged/asset-based lending
- Support government finance, debt capital markets and private equity financing in M&A and property deals
- Contribute to funding arrangements for universities and not-for-profit institutions
- Engage in business development and build client relationships within Birmingham or Leeds
- Participate in the firm’s network and professional communities
- Key requirements
- 0 to 3 years’ PQE with substantial banking and finance experience in a recognised practice
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
