The role
Are you a legal professional with a passion for innovation and leadership? We are looking for a lawyer to lead our Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) team within the Employment, Pensions and Immigration (EPI) National Service Line (NSL). This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of legal support, drive digital transformation, and make a real impact across our fast-growing, leading national practice.
The person
- The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor.
- Either be a senior-level PSL with relevant expertise in employment and (ideally) immigration law and proven experience of leading a PSL team, or a senior lawyer with the same expertise and equivalent experience.
- An individual who embraces digital tools and automation.
- A clear communicator with excellent written English and a flair for engaging content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
