Mills & Reeve is seeking an experienced Employment Tribunal advocate to join our Advocacy Unit in Cambridge. You will lead hearings, provide strategic employment law advice, and deliver high‑quality advisory services to leading brands and institutions across the country.

You will work closely with the Head of Advocacy and our team, contributing to growth plans and training initiatives while handling preliminary and final hearings and complex advisory matters.
