We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Business Development Adviser to join a high-performing team and make an immediate impact. The role:
- As a Business Development Adviser, you'll be a vital driver of delivering results; turning strategy into action and ensuring delivery across key growth initiatives.
- Working closely with a Business Development Manager, you'll support sector and service line priorities, helping senior colleagues focus on high value opportunities and client relationships.
- This is a fast paced role where you'll take ownership of projects, coordinate activity across teams and act as the link between strategy and delivery, bringing structure and precision to business development activity.

- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales support within professional services.

The activities:
- Supporting the development and delivery of strategic BD plans aligned to firm-wide objectives.

- Coordinating sector meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on actions.
- Delivering hands on support for pitches, proposals and other BD opportunities.
- Supporting client growth through account plans, cross-selling initiatives, and client insights.
- Producing management reports, pipeline updates, and budget tracking.
- Conducting market and client research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Building internal and external networks, attending events, and spotting new leads.
