Play a leading role in driving firmwide technology adoption at Mills & Reeve!
As a Senior Technology Adoption Advisor, you will play a key role in helping the firm embrace new technology and improved ways of working. You will design and deliver impactful training that empowers colleagues to use digital tools confidently and effectively, boosting productivity and supporting both the technology adoption team roadmap and the wider firm strategy. We welcome applications for either our Cambridge or Birmingham office. Hybrid working is available for this role.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality training across a range of formats—from 1:1 and virtual sessions to group workshops and firmwide events—tailoring your approach to different learning styles. You will design engaging learning experiences, create clear training materials, and contribute to e-learning and video content. You will identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and drive innovative ways to embed IT skills across the firm, including supporting new starters as they onboard.
You will also provide hands-on support through training clinics, floorwalking, responding to service desk queries, and assisting with user acceptance testing for new systems. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor colleagues and share your expertise. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape training strategies, champion best practice, and maximise the firm's use of technology.
You will act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 and core M&R systems, staying ahead of industry trends to continually improve our approach. You will also take a lead role in major technology projects—managing the training workstream, gathering requirements, creating best practice guides, representing the team at project boards, and ensuring the successful rollout and adoption of new systems and processes.
The ideal person is a technically confident, proactive communicator who can translate emerging technologies into simple, engaging learning for users of all abilities. You will be collaborative, self-motivated and aligned with our core values, bringing strong people skills, attention to detail and the confidence to present effectively to groups of all sizes.
