Join our team as an Executive Assistant in the Birmingham office! An exciting opportunity to join our Mills & Reeve Executive Support Services team. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our lawyers. You will be a natural organiser, easy to work with and someone who thrives in a role that requires multi-tasking and working with a variety of people across the business.
The activities will include:
- Deliver outstanding Executive Assistant services to lawyers and business professionals;
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, event planning and expenses;
- Support business development activities, including networking and updating client communications;
- Provide exceptional client service and proactively progress tasks;
- Assist with finance and billing, including preparing invoices, and liaising with finance teams;
- Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively;
- Draft correspondence, amend legal documents, and manage client spreadsheets.

- Experience in a professional services environment, ideally supporting lawyers or similar professionals;
