You will undertake predominantly non contentious work linked into our corporate, finance and real estate teams across the country, amongst others, helping with advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.The person Experience of running transactional and other work as the day-to-day fee earnerTechnically strongEvidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a practiceWillingness to initiate and participate in marketing and business development activitiesExcellent drafting and verbal/written communication skills and attention to detailAn ability to understand the environment that clients work in and to deliver \”advice that advises\”, both orally and in writingAn ability to assimilate a lot of information quickly and focus on the key issuesGood time and file management skills to enable you to juggle lots of different mattersDedication to providing outstanding client serviceAbility to work under pressureAn enthusiasm to work as part of a team in line with the firm\’s valuesWhy should I apply?
