We are looking for Real Estate Associates to join the Real Estate Team in our Norwich Office.

The role

We are looking for Real Estate Associates to join the Real Estate Group.

Based in our Norwich office and working in the Food & Agribusiness sector, you will undertake and assist with a wide range of real estate work including (and depending on your level of experience):

  • Sales, purchases and advisory work relating to farms, landed estates and agricultural land
  • Refinancing transactions for landowners and rural businesses
  • Agricultural, rural and business tenancies
  • Farming partnerships
  • Trust-related property matters
  • Complex farm and estate registrations
  • Renewable energy and natural capital projects
  • Mineral leases

Our clients include farmers, landowners, investors, trustees, charities and rural businesses.

The role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to build long‑term relationships with clients and professional advisers.

You will assist with acquisitions and disposals of agricultural land, estates and strategic land, with training and support provided to further develop your expertise.

  • Ideally as Associate with experience of agricultural property work, but otherwise general commercial property work

  • Good research skills, including an ability to use online information sources and AI where appropriate
