We are looking for a Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer to make a significant impact. Our firm prides itself on a supportive and inclusive culture, ensuring you have resources and mentorship needed to excel. Join our national team at our London office, collaborating with top‐tier professionals on complex work.

The role involves joining partner Neil Smyth and Senior Associate Morgan Bowen in our London office. You will undertake predominantly non‐contentious work linked into our corporate, finance and real estate teams across the country, helping with advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, as well as acting for insolvency practitioners.

The person:

  • Experience of running transactional and other work as a day‐to‐day fee earner
  • Technically strong
  • Evidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a practice
  • Willingness to initiate and participate in marketing and business development activities
  • Excellent drafting and verbal/written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand the environment that clients work in and to deliver 'advice that advises', both orally and in writing
  • Ability to assimilate a lot of information quickly and focus on the key issues
  • Good time and file management skills to enable you to juggle lots of different matters
  • Dedication to providing outstanding client service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiasm to work as part of a team in line with the firm's values
