The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our growing Property Damage team on a permanent basis. The role can be based in either London or Manchester. You will work with Alice Wilson, a partner in the Insurance Disputes NSL, and provide a wide range of insurance coverage and liability defence advice. You will also handle subrogated recoveries, support clients with policy wording queries, advise on FOS and Lloyd's complaints, and deliver ad hoc training and guidance.

Areas of work

Our Property Damage team acts for a wide range of insurers, Lloyd's Syndicates, MGAs, corporate clients, and public and government bodies. We provide policy coverage advice to insurers and MGA clients, and act for policyholders in third-party liability disputes, including product liability. The team supports insurers across a broad range of insurance lines including property and business interruption, casualty, fine art & specie, and liability. We also work closely with other Mills & Reeve sector teams, advising on property insurance and property damage issues for clients such as government departments and universities.
