This is an exciting chance to work at the forefront of complex, high-value insurance disputes within one of the UK's leading practices. You will play a key role within our nationally recognised Insurance Disputes practice, working closely with Partners Niall Innes, Ben Hardiman and senior colleagues across our firm-wide network. Supported by a dedicated Professional Support Lawyer and an established partner group, you will be part of a collaborative, highly specialised team.

This role is heavily professional indemnity focused, acting for a broad range of professionals including:

  • Solicitors and barristers
  • Construction consultants and engineers
  • Accountants
  • Insurance brokers

You will handle complex, high-profile matters referred directly by professionals or via a national portfolio of insurers, MGAs and Lloyd's syndicates.

You will have:

  • A strong background in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation
  • 8+ years PQE
  • A passion for the law and a commitment to outstanding client service
  • Experience gained in private practice (regional or City firm) or in-house with a major insurer or MGA
  • Familiarity with the professional indemnity insurance market — helpful, but not essential

If you are commercially minded, technically strong, and ready to make an impact within a leading national team, we would love to hear from you.

The benefits include a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits.

We conduct comprehensive pre-employment screening, which includes a basic DBS, verification of your right to work, a three-year employment history and a self-declaration to assess your character and suitability for the role.
